FINGER JOINT PROPERTIES
This assembling process is vital to supply wood with major resistance since the pieces that are assembled are sound sections. In this way, the deformation properties are diminished in comparison with a solid plank. For this purpose, a special water-proof adhesive (D4) is used.
STABILITY AND DURABILITY GUARANTY
They are manufactured from dry wood from our own chambers, with a range of 7 to 12 % humidity, free of knots or deformations ensuring minimum torsions. Our finger- joint manufacturing system offer major safety, stability and durability.
The major risk of a wooden floor is its movement. For this reason, the tendency is to use noble or hard wood. This concept does not prevent deformation since hard wood is likely to have torsions if it was not properly dried.
Our floorings are available in tailor-made boards, with a maximum width of 13 cm, a maximum thickness of 2,2 cm and a maximum length of 6 meters.
EASY INSTALLATION
Our wood floors (pine and eucalyptus) are easy to installed since boards are tailor-made according to the space and are assembled in an easy and economical way.
EXCELLENT FINISHING AND A WIDE RANGE OF COLOURS
Our wood include a wide-range of hues and colours from the lightest to the darkest ones, offering diverse combinations and designs.
TOP QUALITY PROTECTORS AND PLASTIFIERS
The myth of using hard wood due to its firmness is being replaced by semi-hard or softer woods, whose manufacturing system prevents them from any chance of torsion. In addition, they introduce excellent protectors and plastifiers to give major resistance to floors.
Our wood floors of eucalyptus and pine enable a wide-range of finishings and colours:
